Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Media International (mediainternational.pk) and from our shops in Blue Area, Islamabad and Saddar, Rawalpindi. By placing an order or buying from us you agree to them.

Products, prices and stock

We describe products as accurately as we can, including condition (new or used), specifications and warranty. Photos are for illustration; the product supplied matches the specifications written on its page.
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and can change without notice. The price confirmed when your order is accepted is the price you pay.
Stock changes quickly. Please call or WhatsApp 0331-5748841 or 0330-0317396 (Islamabad), 0331-7572516 (Rawalpindi) to confirm availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and cancel the order, and you pay nothing for it.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we contact you on the phone number or WhatsApp number you provided. We may decline or cancel an order if the information is incomplete or if we cannot verify it.

Delivery

Enjoy free delivery within Blue Area, Islamabad (about 1 hour) and Saddar, Rawalpindi (about 3 hours), with dispatch within 1 hour of your order. To keep every customer safe from fraud, theft and damage in transit, we do not courier orders or deliver outside these areas. Customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are warmly invited to visit our shops, see the product in person and buy with confidence. See our Delivery & Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, refunds and replacements

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled as described in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. In short: used laptops can be returned, refunded or replaced on the same day; other items on the same day if sealed and unopened.

Warranty

Each product carries the warranty stated on its product page. Warranty covers genuine faults within the stated period and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair.

We use your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order and to give you after-sales support. See our Privacy Policy.
